100% Jacquère from 3 different orchards around the village of Apremont from 60-70 year old vines. In the glass a light and lively wine. Citrus, fresh apricots, wood influence, some grassy aromas. Something creamy and earthy too. And then those unmistakable pointed Jacquère acids, they give freshness, length and energy.

In the vineyard: 100% Jacquère from 3 different vineyards around the village of Apremont from 60-70 year old vines. Vineyards located at 450 meters altitude. Terroir of slate and limestone. Fully biodynamic agriculture.
In the cellar: Spontaneous fermentation, 1/3 in new barriques, 2/3 in stainless steel. 8 months maturation, light filtration before bottling. Without addition of sulphites.
