Velvety deep natural wine, made from Syrah in Faugères. Firm but elegant wine with notes of dark forest fruit, spices and herbs.
Cédric Saur is the founder and winegrower of Domaine la Grange d'Aïn. In addition to his own domaine, he is also the winemaker at his father's château, Château Haut-Fabrèques. Cedric receives a small donation from his father Jean-Luc every year in the shape of vineyards. This way, Cedric has been able to make organic wines from 50-year-old vines for years.
