The well-known "Petit Ours", from Barret, this time in white! The vineyards are located near Autichamps, in la Drôme. With the local grape varieties Marsanne and Rousanne, Matthieu knows how to make an elegant, slightly aromatic white Rhône. White pepper, soft smoky tones and a bit of white almond. Fine broad mouthfeel with a nice dry finish. This is Matthieu-Modus 100%!

In the vineyard: Terroir of clay/limestone soil with fine clays at an altitude of 400 meters near Autichamps, Drôme. Harvest when the grapes are just ripe, not too early but especially not too late.
- In the cellar: Spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control, 6 months maturation on concrete eggs. Minimal sulphur addition, purely for protection during transport.
