Description
This field blend from the 'Il Baratto' vineyard has had two days of skin maceration. This has not only given it more colour, but also a fine body. In addition, ripe yellow fruit, peach, apricot, red apple, chamomile, mineral, slightly smoky, and firm acids. Phew, we are fans! Decanting is a nice option: the same wine that shows itself differently.
