Domaine des Hauts Baigneux 'Les Chenes' 2020 Domaine des Hauts Baigneaux is a collaboration between long-time friends and winemakers Nicolas Grobois and Philippe Mesnier. Natives of the Loire Valley, and with their own wines to worry about, they nevertheless found the time to work together and come together for this project, purchasing 12 hectares of vines in the small sub-region of Azay-le-Rideau, an excellent, if relatively unknown, area not far from Chinon. They immediately began farming all the vines organically and embarked on a mission to revitalize the region. The wines of Domaine des Hauts Baigneux are all produced using natural yeasts and bottled with minimal intervention.

Tasting notes: Incredibly complex wine that opens with notes of smoke, pear, baked apple, lemon, peach, ginger and white flowers. The palate is juicy and balanced filled with notes of pineapple, orange peel and yellow plum leading to a bright fresh creamy finish.
