Delicious low-alcohol (<0.5%) alternative to sparkling wine, but for this drink no grapes were picked. Petnat style! This rosé tastes of raspberry and elderberry with a pleasant hibiscus punch and seductive subtle pink pepper. A dry drink with a deep and long aftertaste. Treat this drink as if it were a wine: between 8 and 10 degrees in a white wine glass it comes into its own perfectly. Joe!

In the cellar: Made on the basis of kombucha from green Wuniuzao Longjing tea from the Chinese Zheijang province. The tea as a base has a grassy and floral character. For the 2nd fermentation raspberry, elderberry, pink peppercorns and hibiscus are used. Finally, the drink is given some wood aging and is bottled as a sparkling drink.
