Description
Furmint is extremely suitable for the climate around Lake Balaton. It can handle the heat without losing freshness and therefore creates beautiful terroir wines. And so here too, the very first pet-nat from Kolonia 52. Wonderfully fresh, floral with a nice salty aftertaste. A light edge of the skin contact and a soft mousse. Every pet-nat lover will be happy with this.

Grapes: 100% Furmint
In the vineyard: Volcanic soil, grapes bought from a local grape grower. Harvest by hand.
In the wine cellar: 4 days skin contact after which it is pressed immediately. The juice is transferred to stainless steel. After a few days, the juice is bottled under a crown cork, together with 12g of residual sugar for fermentation in the bottle. After 12 months of fermentation on the lees, the yeast is removed by hand. Unfiltered, without the addition of sulphites.
