Description
A white vin d'assamblage from a 50 year old vineyard and a youngster of 10 years old. 50% Terret Blanc and -Gris (typical of the Languedoc) and 50% Grenache Blanc, -Gris and Carignan Blanc. Thirsty wine with notes of fennel and lemon and a stimulating attack. Silky smooth thanks to the clay and limestone terroir with a surprisingly full finish. Wine that not only makes you thirsty but also hungry. Hungry for thick pieces of fish and summer vegetables roasted with tarragon and more butter than is good for a person. Tasty.
