Description

Pruneyrac, named after the family that was very involved with the estate at the beginning of the 20th century, or at least, if Eric and Isabelle are to believe the many wines under that name in the wine cellar. Speculating or not, Pruneyrac is very fitting. Une bombe aux prunes, we might say. Both in the nose and on the palate, mixed with beautiful tones of cocoa and black pepper and silky soft tannins. Complex and aromatic, round and deliciously fleshy with a long finish. Makes everyone wonderfully warm on cold days. And happy. Also important.

Open an hour in advance and serve with a nice lamb shoulder or roasted turkey.
