Made from Christkindl apples, an apple variety native to Alsace. The trees are approximately 50 years old and are located at a considerable height, 700 meters, in la Vallée de Munster.
The juice is made by Miralla, Christian's wife. She makes a completely different apple juice than the one we know from the well-known carton with a straw. Promised. Rich, nostalgic and beautifully balanced, very tasty for both those who do not drink alcohol and those who do.
