No man's land can be dangerous territory, but in this case it produces a delicious négoce wine, from a vineyard located right between Saint Joseph and Cornas. A white to dine with, majestic! Creamy and complex, pure and aromatic, with soft acidity and a fresh finish.

- Grape variety(ies): Marsanne & Rousanne

- In the vineyard : plants of about 40 years old, planted on the plateau of Arlettes, near Cornas, about 250 meters high. Calcareous clay soil with loam.

- In the cellar: Grapes are hand-picked, not destemmed and pressed directly. Spontaneous fermentation and 6 months maturation in concrete tanks. Bottled on the estate with a tiny bit of sulphite.

- Quality mark: Demeter – Biodynamic and natural wine
