Rich South French Chardonnay 'lightly oaked'. This sturdy Chardonnay has both a mineral character and a buttery touch.
Domaine de Brau is located in the beautiful northwest of the Languedoc, close to Carcasonne (an old walled city, the only one left in France). Here Wenny (Belgian) and Gabriel make excellent fresh wines. This is also because the vineyards are higher and they also have influence from the Atlantic fresh winds.
Limestone-bearing marl soil with more loam than clay. Mediterranean transitional climate with Atlantic influence.
