Description
A totally eclectic blend made by Dennis Wolf. When he took over the reins of the family estate in 2018, he decided to focus on Riesling wines. Nice plan, but on a total of 14 hectares much more is planted than just Riesling. The solution? Cuvée Kurt! Scheurebe, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Muskateller, Chardonnay, Kerner and Silvaner are used. All grapes are made separately into wine and sometimes matured for 24 months, such as the Scheurebe, Sauvignon and the Weissburgunder. Then they are blended, a delicious juicy non-vintage wine as a result.
Because it has become a hell of a wine, oh my goodness. So generous, wonderfully aromatic, slim, fresh, balanced. A wine that lets the sun shine through, rolls out the picnic blanket, gives you a pat on the head, leaves you in pleasant satisfaction. 1 liter of deliciousness. Our new house wine.

In the vineyard: Biodynamic farming. Grapes from all over the domain, on different soils, including sand, slate, gravel, loess and clay.

In the wine cellar: All grapes are vinified separately, and depending on what the wine 'asks', matured. Then it is blended and bottled in 1 liter bottles.
