A new winery in our range from Austria. The neighbours of Claus Preisinger (Burgenland). Also works completely naturally in a clean way. The wines are characterised by their extremely fresh fruit, fine digestibility and good acids.
Blonde by nature is a very light orange wine made from Sauvignon Blanc (30%), Grüner Veltliner (25%), Chardonnay (20%), Pinot Blanc (15%), Rheinriesling (10%). Fermentation in open barrels with skin contact (a few days), then laid up in old oak barrels and amphorae.
Pittnauer himself about the Blonde by Nature: "Firm, delicate and personal. Already vibrant and lively on the nose. Sensory it scores with yellow fruit, fresh citrus and blossom. Hissing uncompromisingly vital and without dangling towards the palate, leaving traces of fresh vineyard peaches, salt and ripe apples - always integrated into a present acidity that is never aggressive but shows the way. Finishes juicy, fruity and inviting. A wine for every day, but with a lot of quality.
