Description
Crystal clear, mineral Champagne, with a soft, supple mousse. Lots of freshness, white fruit, pear, lime, but also ripeness and toast. Pleasantly plump, with fine acids. For the 'Origin'elle' grapes are used from all the vineyards that Bedel owns.

- In the vineyard: soil of clay, silt and marl on a limestone subsoil, vines between 30 and 60 years old,
- In the cellar: Grapes are pressed and spontaneously fermented, no complete malolactic conversion. Then maturation 85% in stainless steel, 15% in wooden barrels, 2nd fermentation in bottle with mainly harvest 2016 + reserve wine, followed by lie maturation of 4 years, threshed in July 2021 as Extra Brut (4.35 g/L)
