Description
A dark, solid wine with a long finish. Full and thick, with notes of leather, plums, pepper and ripe black cherries. Nice structure.
Trilogia was the first wine from the youngest generation of winemakers of Los Frailes. Bodegas Los Frailes is located 80 kilometers southwest of Valencia and has been a family business since 1771. The surface where wine is made consists of 10,000 m2. The old underground cellar is from before 1800 and in the new part, built in 2000, the Velazquez family works with the latest technologies but also biodynamically in the vineyard. They let nature take its course and intervene as little as possible.
