Description

100% Bobal, Born to be Wild. Black fruit, Mediterranean undergrowth, toast and hints of cinnamon in the background. Balanced, fresh and with a nice volume. Sweet tannins with a good length and resilience.
Very tasty with pasta al ragu and rich meat dishes. Fun fact, the Bobal grape contains a relatively high level of resveratrol, an antioxidant and heart-healthy polyphenol that helps accelerate the metabolism. Taking an extra plate is allowed.

Started in 2020, Wines 'n Roses is born from a shared love of wine and Rock & Roll. The five friends originally met in the wine world and quickly learned that they have a lot more in common. That's why they call themselves 'The Band', the vineyards 'The Stage' and the cuvées 'The Greatest Hits'.

In La Font de la Figuera, in the interior of the province of Valencia, the group works with small, local farmers who work as sustainably as possible and grow only pure, local grapes. It is a unique environment, where temperatures rise to great heights in the summer, little vegetation grows and the soil consists of a clay-limestone soil. With more than 300 sunny days a year, the Mediterranean climate reigns supreme. Monastrell, Garnacha Tintorera and Bobal are the headliners and just like Led Zeppelin or AC/DC they have a unique character and are full of personality. Pure Rock'n'roll.
