Crémant de la Loire Rosé, méthode ancestrale. Fine, delicate aromas of red fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, yes even when the weather is not so nice, or with elegant pastries from the best patisserie in the area. Très Marie-Antoinette.
Château de Passavant was built by Foulques Nerra in the 12th century on an old fortress site on the Layon river. The wine cellar, on the other hand, is very modern.
In the vineyard: Slate soil with sometimes sand or gravel, vineyards are located 60 m above sea level, good natural drainage. Manual harvest.
