Description

Juicy natural wine from Languedoc, light and nice to drink a little chilled. 'Pif' has several meanings, including 'nose', but also 'wine' in French popular language. And winemaker Alban Michels parents were subscribed to the in the s '70s and '80s popular communist magazine Pif-Gadget . This was the successor to the comic magazine Valliant, and was closed in 1993.
The label of Pif not dead! is clearly an ode to the magazine from Alban's youth.
And the wine. But that goes without saying.

Since 2005 Alban Michel is the brilliant madman of Les Sabots d'Hélène, these biodynamic natural wines are each special. “Du raisin et basta” is Alban's philosophy. No nonsense, no additives. 100% grapes, nothing else.
