- In the vineyard: Grapes from 11 different plots that lie 360 degrees on the slope of the Cigliano hill. Soil of mainly sand and gravel.
- In the wine cellar: All plots are made into wine separately through spontaneous fermentation, matured in used wooden barrels, bottled without clarification and filtering, only a pinch of sulphite.
