Description

A white wine from Cornas. According to the rules officially a Côtes du Rhône, since only Syrah may be used for the AOC Cornas. But still..! Rousanne, Marsanne and Viogner give a special expression through the granite soil. Considerably more minerality, tighter and fresher and a slightly oxidative edge. Decanting before use is recommended, because then the wine opens up and gives ripe apricot, quince and honey in the nose. Great white wine, is our humble conclusion.
