Description
Liter bottle of unfiltered 'orange' wine from Langhe Piemonte. Spontaneously fermented in amphorae with two weeks of skin maceration. Price quality that you can't say no to, you still have an extra glass to share. Deliciously aromatic, with orange, young pear, red apple, ripe citrus , pink pepper, blossom, a touch of clay. Lots of juice, lots of drinking pleasure.
There is a lot of (fine) lees in the bottle, which gives you a choice: either make the wine cloudy by gently shaking the bottle, or let gravity do the work, cool the bottle upright and pour carefully. Both highly recommended .
