Description
These Pinot Noir vines were the very first vines that Annamária and Attila owned. There is a slight sentimental value to that. They harvested the first half of the vines early, on September 2, and the grapes had the potential to reach 10.8% alcohol. The second half of the harvest happened a week later and there was already a possibility for 11.5% alcohol. Together they form this Pinot Noir. Healthy young grapes, ripe but fresh, from a cooler terroir. Spicy as you see in South German Spätburgunders with some light rosehip. Sturdy, mineral and very juicy.
