Fresh playful orange Pet-Nat from Piemonte. Aromatic and full of tropical fruit. Deliciously thirst-quenching for the warmer days. As Fausta says, 'spring summer wine, very nice'.
Fausto and Cinza Cellario are 3rd generation winegrower and the 1st generation within the family that makes strictly natural wine. They make trendy biodynamic natural wines from local grape varieties such as Favorita, Nascetta, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Grignolino. Fausto and Cinza close the bottles with a crown cork because it can happen that a bottle starts to ferment again in the bottle.
Over 13 hectares of vineyards (and some hazelnut trees) cultivated biodynamically on three different plots within the western Langhe.
