Liter bottle of unfiltered white from Langhe Piemonte. Due to a few days of skin maceration it is actually a light orange wine, so it has more structure than previous years. Aromatic with lots of citrus and stone fruit.
Price quality for this 'entry level' natural wine in a liter bottle. Lots of juice, lots of drinking pleasure.
Fausto and Cinza Cellario are 3rd generation winegrower and the 1st generation within the family that makes strictly natural wine. They make trendy biodynamic natural wines from local grape varieties such as Favorita, Nascetta, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Grignolino. Fausto and Cinza close the bottles with a crown cork because it can happen that a bottle starts to ferment again in the bottle.
Over 13 hectares of vineyards (and some hazelnut trees) cultivated biodynamically on three different plots within the western Langhe.
