Description
Nebbiolo from a small plot that Olek's family planted in the 1970s in one of Barbaresco's most famous crus: Roncagliette. He's lucky! Neighbor Angelo Gaia makes his ' Sori Tildin' wine from it. But Olek's is incomparable. Despite its power, it is also light, digestible, refined. 2021 is a somewhat cooler vintage that is beautifully compact and elegant, and e and has a good aging potential. But drink it if you don't want to wait!

In the cellar: 2 months maceration on the skins and spontaneous fermentation in concrete. Then pressing, maturation in large Slavic barrels. Not filtered and clarified, minimal sulphites.
