Ruby red wine with aromas of pomegranate, wild strawberry, black cherry and balsamic. Medium full tannins. A liter of Sangiovese that excels in drinkability, freshness and authenticity at any time. Made in a style that evokes old memories of farm wines of the past, sold in demijohns for daily home use. Oh, that was once upon a time.. Now in a liter bottle, not bad either!

In the vineyard: sandstone and marl with sandy topsoil
- In the cellar: Grapes destemmed by hand and crushed by feet, skin maceration for 6 to 8 days. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast and maturation on the lees for 8 months on concrete, bottled without filtering and with minimal sulphites
