Description

Not a natural wine but 'an ode to nature'. A bit of a confusing name since we also sell a lot of natural wine. Nevertheless, it is a delicious rosé! Nicely in the middle, not too sour, not too sweet, not too light, not too firm, not too fruity, not too spicy. A friend to all.

Olivier Azan has been making organic wines in the South of France for 30 years. He is one of the pioneers in organic viticulture and was the first in his Picpoul de Pinet appellation to work truly organically. Olivier is also one of the founders of Millésime Bio. This is the largest and most authoritative organic wine fair in the world. In 2018, there were 950 organic producers at the fair. The wines that Olivier makes love the summer. The Mistral (sea breeze) ensures that the grapes are not cooked by the sun and that fungi have no chance.
