Description
Syrah by Jean-Michel Stéphan. No no, this time not just for the very richest among us. The grapes come from three different departments and three different communes, all just outside the Côte-Rôtie. Everyone can enjoy this cuvée. Made to be drunk young and thanks to the carbonic maceration a great freshness. Explosion of fruit and a very nice combination of the finesse of the terroir and the delicate vinification of Stephan. Smells of ripe strawberries and white pepper in the nose with a hint of pink pepper and potpourri. Silky tannins. Bottled in magnum.
