The young Adrian Berlioz is now a very sought-after and beloved winemaker from Savoi who works with great dedication on 5.5 hectares of land in the commune of Chignin. The soil here consists mainly of clay and limestone. Since 2012, Berlioz has been working certified organically. All plots are thus naturally possible without the use of herbicides, chemical pesticides or other synthetic products. Most vineyards are on very steep slopes, often with a gradient of up to 50%. Yields are kept low at an average of 40 hl/ha.
