- In the vineyard: Silt and marl-limestone, plants between 30 and 70 years old, biodynamically cultivated.
- In the cellar: Grapes from the 2018 vintage, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, no complete malolactic conversion, 2nd fermentation in bottle, then 4 years of maturation on the lees, disgorged in June 2023 as Brut (11.75 g/L)
- Quality mark: BIODYVIN - biodynamic since 1998, all vineyards since 2006.
