Field blend with a mineral and fruity character and a pleasant oxidative hint. Furthermore, lots of (lightly candied) yellow fruit and a sharp aftertaste.

- In the vineyard: Field blend from the same plot, with a soil of limestone, gypsum and granite. Organic vines since 2000. Manual cultivation of the vineyard. Manual harvest.
- In the cellar: Fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Maturation of 11 months in partially new oak and acacia barrels. No fining, only light filtration. A small amount of sulphite is added when bottling.
