Description
Even before Marc started his own business in Dijon, during the period at domaine Bizot, he bought a small piece of land between Ladoix-Serrigny and Corgoloin. He still makes wine from it, under the name Hermaïon. It is immediately noticeable that the wine comes from a different part of Burgundy, but the Soyard style is certainly present. The wine is already nicely open, has a somewhat classic feel, has something of sultana and cherry, and is above all incredibly comfortable. A privilege to be allowed to distribute in the Netherlands.
