Dienheim is a small area within Rheinhessen. The winery has been run for five generations, although the first generations did not make a direct living from wine growing. Today, the estate is run by the Pfeffer-Müller family, the daughter line of, and covers an area of 11 ha. The wine comes from the Dienheimer Tafelstein vineyards that extend over the terraces along the Rhine. Here they mainly grow Riesling and smaller plots of Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Sylvaner, Schreube and Spätburgunder.
