Chateau Fonroque has been certified organic since 2006 and biodynamic since 2008. The wines of the Château are naturally rich with a refined class in the mouth, a beautiful freshness and a lot of elegance. The very long length is a guarantee for a harmonious ageing potential.
Dark, rich and promising in colour. In the nose a complex blend of black fire, firewood and roses with a hint of opium powder. The mouth is juicy, refreshing and tongue-tickling. Think Rock & Roll meets Robijn fabric softener. Playful in the mouth, energetic and full of tension and yet so balanced. The aftertaste is mineral and salty.
