Description
In an area that is mainly known for its excellent Pinot Noir wines, Marc shows that great Chardonnay wines can also be made here. This white Coteaux de Dijon gives us a 'jura feeling', perhaps it is that reductive edge right after opening.. Especially an enormously elegant style with pleasant acids, a fresh apple, some wet stones. Evolves over time in bottle or after a while in carafe. Refinement!
