Paradigm shows that Claus can also make an old-school, solid red Austrian powerhouse. The fully ripened blend of Blaufränkisch and Merlot show that it is possible to make very ripe red wines in Gols. Maturation of 18 months in (new) small wooden barrels. With aromas of black cherry, spices, ripe acids, chocolate and tobacco. Delicious to drink now!
