Description
50% Blaufränkisch, 50% Pinot Noir, the grapes come from different plots north of the Neusiedlersee in the so-called Seewinkel. By applying maceration carbonique Claus knows how to create a Gemischter Satz with this Kalk und Kiesel that is soft, fresh and deliciously mineral, full of blossom and red cherry with light earthy and pink pepper tones. The result is a very elegant light red wine with a lot of finesse.
On a magnum, mind you! A warned person drinks for two.
