Description
Directly full of ripe and fresh fruit with a very soft bitterness. It hardly gets more refreshing. Very nice pétillant, full of citrus and a pleasant, soft mousse with a little kick from the maceration.

In the vineyard: Grapes from different arcels between 90 and 10 years old. Harvest by hand. Vines are relatively far apart and a dominant grassy landscape prevails. only 15-20HL/ha.
In the wine cellar: Skin maceration on the whole bunches. Slow pressing of 22 to 48 hours which gives the wine extra maceration time. Juice bottled with a little residual sugar. Fermentation in the bottle. Unfiltered, without the addition of So2.
