Delicious low-alcohol (<0.5%) alternative to sparkling wine, but for this drink no grapes were picked. Petnat style! Effervescent is deliciously peachy, with gooseberry acidity and a delicious lemongrass perfume. A dry drink with a deep and long aftertaste. Treat this drink as if it were a wine: between 8 and 10 degrees in a white wine glass it comes into its own perfectly. Plop!

In the cellar: Made on the basis of kombucha of green tea. The Wuniuzao Longjing tea has tones of dried grass and blossom in itself. During the 2nd fermentation, gooseberry, peach and a little lemongrass are used. Finally, the drink gets some wood aging and is bottled as a sparkling drink.
