Description
Riesling, that's Dennis' focus. And rightly so, because it is seen by many as the ultimate grape variety. From debatable nothing to a surefire sommelier's favorite (off!) and everything in between, Riesling can do it.
Here is Dennis' version. Riesling collected from 4 plots, some Grosses Gewächs(!) but not made as such. 2019 was a somewhat broader style, 2020 shows itself differently: very nice and fresh, with lively, precise acids, ripe stone fruit, spicy, subtly smoky. Polished and elegant. Gut gemacht herr Wolf!
